In detail:

1. Since 2015, the Estonian government has adopted a law allowing any foreigner to obtain Estonian e-residency. This e-residency enables you to remotely open a company in Estonia and conduct business. The service fee is 50 euros (you need to submit documents at the Estonian embassy and provide fingerprints). Then you need to remotely register the company in Estonia using the RIK online service.
